Marvel'in sitesinde Örümcek-Adam'ın özelliklerinde yazdıklarına göre ilk zamanlar organik ağ üretme beceresine sahip değil ve bu yüzden bileklerine taktığı ağ kartuşları ile sağlıyor bu özelliğini ama daha sonra hiçbir ekstra alete gerek kalmadan kendi ağını üretmeye başlıyor bileklerinden.
He can now create organic webs from his wrists, limited by his body's health and nutrition. Various glands within his arms can produce different types of webs - from drag lines, to sticky nets, to cocoons. Whereas his artifical webs typically decayed within 2 hours, his organic webs can be more persistent (depending on the thickness and type of web) such that web lines may last a week and web sacs may last for months or more.

| Evet,hatta ilk filmde çatılarda zıplayıp zıplayıp giderken Peter,başka bina kalmıyor.Çeşitli kelimelerle ağ atmaya çalışıyor.Nihayet bulduğunda kolunda aleti yok.Yani çizgi filmde ve romanda ilk örümcek ısırdığında ağ yapma bilgisini de aktarıyor beynine ama filmde kendi ağ üretme sistemi oluyor. |

| Geçen gün filme gittim bence çok da güzel değil ama 1 ve 2 den daha güzel.Bana kalırsa venomu daha güzel yapabilirlerdi veya seneryoyu genişlete bilirlerdi. |

[repeated line]

[Both at top speed on the New Goblin's glider]
New Goblin: Hang on!
Spider-Man: To what?
Peter Parker: Now dig on this.
Aunt May: Before you can begin fixing anything, you must first start by doing the hardest thing... forgiving yourself.
Flint Marko: I'm not a bad person. I just had some bad luck.
Peter Parker: [puzzled] Where do these guys come from?
Spider-Man: Shazam!
Peter Parker: [mocking] Poor little goblin! You gonna cry now?
Eddie Brock: Oh! My Spider-Sense is tingling!
[pulls Mary Jane Closer to Himself and Points to Her]
Eddie Brock: ...If you know what I mean!
Peter Parker: [to Eddie Brock] If you want forgiveness, go find Religion.
Venom: My Spidey-Sense is tingling... know what i mean?
Peter Parker: [See's Harry wiping his bleeding lip after kicking him through a window] Stings doesn't it?
Harry Osborn: [Gets up] I always saved your life in high school, but now i'm gonna kick your ass!
Peter Parker: [Taunts Harry] Oooh!
Mary Jane Watson: That was OUR kiss!
Eddie Brock: [as Venom] I like being evil. It makes me happy.
Waitress: How's the pie?
Harry Osborn: So good.
Harry Osborn: [continuously attacked by Sand-Man] Sorry, Pete. Am I interrupting?
Man in Times Square: You know, I guess one person really can make a difference...
[pats Peter Parker on shoulder]
Man in Times Square: 'Nuff said!
Crowd: [cheering] Kiss him! Kiss him!
Peter Parker: Come on! Lay one on me!
Gwen Stacy: You really want me to?
Peter Parker: Yeah! The crowd will love it!
Child in Crowd: [covering eyes] Don't do it, Spidy!
[Gwen pulls a part of Spider-Man's mask down; they kiss]
Child in Crowd: Eww...
Peter Parker: Please, Eddie. We can work this out. We can settle our differences.
Eddie Brock: Yeah, I bet we could.
Eddie Brock: I'm thinking humiliation. Like what you did to me. You remember, Parker? Remember? You took my girl away from me. Now, I'm gonna take yours away from you.
[Later in the film]
Peter Parker: Eddie, it's the suit. You've got to take it off.
Eddie Brock: Why?
Peter Parker: I've been there, Eddie. The power; it feels good. But you'll lose yourself to it. It'll destroy you. Take the suit off Eddie, it's not too late!
Eddie Brock: No. I like being bad. It just feels... so good.
Harry Osborn: [Harry makes peace with Peter as he dies]
Harry Osborn: We'll always be... friends.
[Spidey breaks down as he says his last words]
Peter Parker: ...best friends.
[to his family as he leaves out the window]
Flint Marko: I'm not bad. I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
[after his first battle with Sandman, Peter dumps sand out of his boots]
Peter Parker: Where do these guys come from?
Eddie Brock: Never wound what you can't kill.
Eddie Brock: [as Black Suited Spiderman gets ready to plunge into the sewer and pursue Sandman] Hey Spidey, do you think you could give me some of that web action?
Peter Parker: [Slings a string of web, grabs Eddie's camera and slams it against the wall breaking it] See ya later chump!
[Plunges into the sewer]
Mary Jane Watson: Peter! Help!
Peter Parker: Eddie, please. Don't let the symbiote take control!I can help you!
Eddie Brock: How? You humiliated me! You can't help!
Peter Parker: But...
Eddie Brock: No! You made me lose my girl, so now you're gonna lose yours!
Mary Jane Watson: HELP!
Harry Osborn: I protected you in high school and now I'm gonna kick your little ass!
Peter Parker: [shudders sarcastically] Ooh!
Peter Parker: [eating a cookie while on the phone] Mmm, these are good. You got any with nuts?
Ursula: No, but I have some nuts, do you want me to make some?
Peter Parker: Yeah, make some with nuts.
Peter Parker: [takes off his mask, has sand all over his face after just fighting the Sandman] ... Where do these guys COME from?
[takes off a shoe, tips it upside down, sand continously pours out]
Peter Parker: .
Dr. Curt Connors: ...Don't let any of that get on you.
Peter Parker: Why?
Dr. Curt Connors: It has the characteristics of a symbiote, which needs to bond to a host in order to survive. And once it binds... it can be hard to UNbind.
Mary Jane Watson: Tell me you love me?
Peter Parker: I love you, so much. I always have.
Eddie Brock: Please, I'm begging you. If you do this, I will be humiliated. No paper in the city will hire me.
Peter Parker: You should have thought of that before.
Mary Jane Watson: Let me ask you something. When you kissed her, who was kissing her? Spider-man, or Peter?

J. Jonah Jameson: [Catching Betty Brant and Peter Parker about to kiss] This isn't the position I hired you for!

Peter Parker: Goblin Jr gonna cry?
Peter Parker: [to Sandman] I forgive you.
Mr. Ditkovitch: Rent!

Peter Parker: You'll get your rent when you FIX THIS DAMN DOOR!
[slams door]
Mr. Ditkovitch: [stunned, angry] He... just...
Ursula: Dad, don't loose your cool...
Mr. Ditkovitch: ...He is good boy. Good boy.
Peter Parker: Good Riddance.
Peter Parker: Whatever comes our way, whatever battle we have raging inside us, we always have a choice, my friend harry taught me that. He chose to be the best of himself. It's the choices that make us who we are, and we can always choose to do what's right.
Houseman: [to Harry, upon his refusal to aid Peter] I've seen things in this house that I've never spoke of... I cleaned your father's wound the night he died, they were from the blades of his own glider. There is no doubt that your father died by his own hand.
Peter Parker: It's me, Peter Parker. Your friendly neighborhood - you know. I've come a long way since I was the boy bit by a spider. Back then nothing seemed to go right for me. J. Jonah Jameson: We do have an opening. Justin quit, remember?
Joseph 'Robbie' Robertson: You fired him.

Peter Parker: So, you want some champagne? How'd that get in there? Oh, don't cry.

[reacts to bonk by throwing head back and laughing]
Spider-Man: [back-to-back with the New Goblin facing Venom] I could use some help
New Goblin: [facing the giant Sandman] I'm a little busy right now
Flint Marko: I'm not a bad person. I've just had bad luck.
Captain Stacy: What's she doing up there?
Eddie Brock: I don't know I just saw her last night she said that she had a modeling gig.
Captain Stacy: Who are you?
Eddie Brock: It's Brock sir, Edward Brock Jr. and I work at the Daily Bugle... and I'm dating your daughter
Harry Osborn: Here lips, her kisses... they were just how I remembered them... strawberry flavored.
Flint Marko: I don't want to hurt you.
Peter Parker: You? Hurt me? You must be new around the area. They call me the sheriff around these parts!
Aunt May: Start by doing the hardest thing. Forgive yourself.
Eddie Brock: [Spider-Man pulls himself up on to the car] Hey, Parker.
Peter Parker: Remember Ben Parker? The man you murdered in cold blood?
Flint Marko: What does it matter to you anyway?
Peter Parker: Everything!
Peter Parker: This suit, where'd this come from? The power, feels good... But you lose yourself to it...
News Reader: This could be the end of Spider-Man
Mary Jane Watson: We've all done terrible things to each other, but we have to forgive each other. Or everything we ever were will mean nothing.
[from trailer]
Peter Parker: Remember Ben Parker?
Flint Marko: What does it matter to you anyway?
Peter Parker: Everything!
Peter Parker: This man killed my uncle, and he's still out there!
Harry Osborn: You knew this was coming Pete!
[punches wall,looks around]
Peter Parker: I didn't kill your father!
[dodges punch]
Peter Parker: He was trying to kill me! He killed himself!
Harry Osborn: [pulling down wall] Shut up!

Eddie Brock: Spidey, love the new outfit. Give me some of that web action.

[Harry, chasing Peter, throws one of his many devices at him. As it explodes and becomes Razor Bats,]
Peter Parker: Hate those things!
[from trailer]
Eddie Brock: [Spider-Man pulls himself up on to the car] Hey, Parker.
Aunt May: [handing Peter her wedding ring] Your Uncle Ben gave me this ring when he proposed to me. Use it to make her yours...
Peter Parker: I don't need your help.
Mary Jane Watson: Everybody needs help. Even Spider-Man.

[the symbiote slithers towards Peter, but it's quickly trapped under a glass]
